If a debtor changes bank accounts, we need to provide additional info in generated XML.
In fact, we need only to add a node AmdmntInfDtls with the value "SMNDA" as previous IBAN (for "same mandate new debitor account").
I mistakenly closed the PR 18 months ago but maybe others would have a use of this feature?
