This PR updates the codebase for compatibility with Symfony v8. Compatibility in TYPO3 core is assured with https://review.typo3.org/c/Packages/TYPO3.CMS/+/92931 (see especially nightly run at https://git.typo3.org/typo3/CI/cms/-/pipelines/96399).
