feat: donation form step 4

Description

This pull request adds the appropriate styling and components to closely match the Figma designs for the 4th step of the donation form, indicating a completed donation. It uses Tailwind & shadcn/ui to do so.

Testing & Verification

• Unit tests pass
• Manual testing completed
• No breaking changes

Verification Steps:

1. Fill the donation form and create a donation.
2. Once submitting the donation, verify the 4th step page renders as shown below.

Future Improvements/Notes

Closer matching to the Figma for the "for making a difference" text might be possible.

Hey Ben, great job on the ticket.
Just 2 things:

• package-lock.json shouldn't to be pushed since we are using yarn.
• is it possible to incorporate the shadcn text area component for the ticket, and have it look similar to the figma? As for the button we can reuse one that another dev has made. ( i believe if u rebase you'll see jayden's shadcn components.)
