Rename repo to example-xml-author-command (or similar) #1

Why
Because I am refactoring the gsheet-to-xml command to allow it to become extendable. Once done, I will split it and rename the original repository to reflect that it is an example inventory gsheet to xml command.
If we have a set of examples in the organisation, I'd like to group them alphabetically by ensuring they are all prefixed with the word 'example'.
How
- Wait until I have renamed the gsheet-to-xml repo.
- Ensure this repo follows suit.
