Missing reasoning/thinking output for Codex 5.3

Expected to get the reasoning output when using Codex 5.3 but I can't seem to get any. Also reported by other users.

Do you see the same issue in 5.2-codex? I wonder if it's a codex issue rather than 5.3 specifically.

Edit Nevermind, I see reasoning in 5.2-codex

Best to create a new issue I think, the option is there with ctrl+t but obviously something different is going on with 5.3 that we don't quite understand.
