3.15.0a6 isn't available yet

Description:

Something seems to have gone wrong with the deployment of 3.15a6 last week and it hasn't yet shown up on github actions.

Here's a run on the NumPy repo from an hour ago that installed alpha5:

Repro steps:
Run an action with python-version set to 3.15-dev or 3.15t-dev.

Expected behavior:
setup-python sets up the latest alpha release

Actual behavior:
An old alpha release is getting installed.

See some links in #1278 showing the update action is finding a6 but the build step is then either being cancelled or timed out.

The build step for Python 3.15.0a6 is failing on the Ubuntu 22.04 ARM runner due to a test_bz2 test failure (testDecompressorChunksMaxsize) as seen in the below screenshot. The test expects bzd.needs_input to be False after decompressing chunked data, but it is returning True, causing an AssertionError during the build pipeline's test suite.

This is currently blocking the build from completing and publishing 3.15.0a6 to the versions manifest. We are actively working with the runner team to resolve this. We'll update here once we have more information or a fix in place.
